Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please contact hello@incasamono.com before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps.

Please check your size before ordering

Please review the size chart on the product page carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us at hello@incasamono.com for help with sizing before you buy. A size exchange is subject to availability and follows the return conditions below.

Exchanges

We can arrange an exchange for another available size or product when the original item meets the return conditions above. Exchanges depend on stock availability and may require an additional payment or refund if the price differs.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Personalised or specially altered items
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items returned after the 7-day return period

Damaged or incorrect items

Please email hello@incasamono.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged or we send the wrong item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.

Refunds and return shipping

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Casa Mono does not pay return shipping or provide prepaid return labels; courier return costs are the customer’s responsibility, including size exchanges. You may also hand the item back at our Kottawa studio by appointment.
