We work to keep product descriptions, images, sizes and prices accurate. Colours may vary slightly between screens and physical fabric. Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.
Orders and payments
An enquiry or order request is not accepted until Casa Mono confirms availability, price and delivery or pickup details. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect or fraud is suspected. When online payments are available, you authorise the chosen payment provider to process the confirmed amount.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery timing and charges will be confirmed before an order is completed and may vary by location and courier conditions. Kottawa pickups are available by appointment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees for delays outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to follow the process and time limits described there.
Intellectual property
The Casa Mono name, logo, photography, text and other website content belong to Casa Mono Shirting & Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, modify or use our content commercially without written permission.
